Japanese star Naoya Inoue has said he is considering American Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez as his next opponent. Inoue said he is preparing with Rodriguez in mind.
A major clash between the two stars could take place in early 2027.
Inoue is the BOKS super bantamweight champion with a record of 33 wins and no losses, including 27 knockouts. Rodriguez is ranked No. 5 in the BOKS bantamweight division and has a record of 24 wins and no losses, including 17 knockouts.
