Rogan says Emelianenko UFC deal stalled over big demands

According to Joe Rogan, talks over a UFC contract for MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko stalled because of large financial demands. Rogan said the request was not just a big payday, but a share in part of the UFC business and a stake in the entire company.

Rogan believes both sides understood how valuable a deal with Emelianenko would be for the UFC. The negotiations became so tense that Dana White was forced to strengthen his personal security.
