Shavkat Rakhmonov is training intensively in the gym to return to the UFC after a long break. A video of his training sessions has been shared online.

Reports suggest Rakhmonov could face Michael Morales in January 2027. No official confirmation has been given.

Rakhmonov, known as "Nomad", competes at welterweight and has a professional record of 19 wins and no losses. Morales also fights at welterweight in the UFC with a 19-0-0 record and is ranked in the UFC welterweight division. If the fight is made, it would be a major clash in the division.
